No promise of instant erasure, automatic mass deletion, a universal retention period or removal of every backup.

Approve a retention schedule and verify backup, legal-hold, exit/export and deletion procedures before new data is accepted.

Requests require proportionate identity and authority verification. The school may control covered education records; V1 prohibits receiving those records. Georgia operator deletion duties must be assessed against the current statute and the school's request. No unreviewed statutory limit is converted here into a contractual service promise.
Prepared maintenance is not completed deletion. Staged database protections and bounded cleanup still require an approved target, backup/replay checks and verification. Provider retention and external log settings remain pending verification. Contact the invitation issuer with only the minimum information needed to request review.
