Professional accounts contain personal information. V1 does not accept student records.

Review draft · not an accepted contract

Legal, district and independent security review remain required. Publishing these pages does not establish compliance.

What we do now

Invited counselors and authorized administrators use their name, professional email, school assignment and role. Minimum authentication, recovery and abuse-prevention state supports restricted access.

What we do not collect or enable

No student or family accounts, student records, uploads, behavioral advertising, data sales or personal navigation and login histories in the application.

What changes in future versions

V2/V3 require separate district, legal and security approval before any new role or student information is enabled. Structured inputs and warnings reduce risk but cannot prevent every accidental submission; report it without forwarding the record.

Purpose and access. Professional account information supports invitations, school assignments, authorization and account recovery. The administrator directory is private. It does not display optional telephone numbers, authentication details, online status or last login. Current security state and limited expiring counters are distinct from a history of behavior.

Recipients and requests. Hosting, authentication and transactional email can involve provider processing. Actual region, retention, contractual terms and a monitored privacy contact still need approval. Until a public contact is approved, invited professionals may contact their invitation issuer without including student information or credentials. Rights and response duties depend on the actual law and institutional agreement; this draft does not promise instant erasure or zero provider retention.
