AI transparency

AI supports professional judgment. It does not replace the counselor or make academic decisions.

Review draft · not an accepted contract

Legal, district and independent security review remain required. Publishing these pages does not establish compliance.

What we do now

The prepared assistant accepts fixed topics and public catalog context. Activation requires server configuration, an evaluated model and approved spending. Availability is not promised by this notice.

What we do not collect or enable

No student files, private cases, counselor prose, account directory, protected-trait inference, personal usage history or automatic academic decisions.

What changes in future versions

Any expansion requires separate evaluation of data, contracts, age, retention, quality and bias. A future version number is not authorization.

The implemented adapter uses OpenAI Responses with store:false and bounded output. The application uses a shared aggregate budget, not a personal productivity score. Provider-side retention is separate; store:false is not a zero-retention commitment. Model, price, data controls and actual provider settings require review before activation.

AI output may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Verify claims against the official source and the applicable cohort/year. It cannot guarantee graduation, admissions, scholarships or eligibility. Report a concern through the invitation issuer without including private information. No paid model request is needed to read these pages.
