Review draft · not an accepted contract
Legal, district and independent security review remain required. Publishing these pages does not establish compliance.
What we do now
Invited professionals can contact their invitation issuer. A monitored public incident channel, responsible operator and response ownership still require approval.
What we do not collect or enable
Do not reproduce a rejected record in logs, upload evidence containing private data or automatically erase accounts in response to suspicion.
What changes in future versions
Complete tabletop exercises and institutional/provider notification procedures before expanding the pilot.

Draft response procedure: contain access, preserve the minimum lawful technical evidence, assess affected data and authority, coordinate with the institution and provider, determine applicable notices, remediate, and verify recovery. Evidence collection must respect the policy against personal behavioral histories and must not retain a rejected student record merely to prove rejection.
Georgia O.C.G.A. §§10-1-910–912 and contractual duties require fact-specific review. Recipient, timing and content depend on the applicable definitions and roles. There is no universal 72-hour promise in this draft. This public page is not an emergency service or an established incident-response SLA.
EN/ES editorial text; human legal and translation review pending.
