Reviewed features, improvements and fixes to Pavenyra, with dates and sources.
Release history
Only reviewed Pavenyra features, improvements and fixes appear here. Each entry identifies its delivery scope; a review Preview does not establish production availability.
Pavenyra starts new visits in English and expands the public language selector for communities in the United States. Saved language choices remain available.
Added
Public pages support Chinese in simplified and traditional scripts, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, French, Korean, Portuguese and German alongside English and Spanish. Editorial translations remain pending human review.
Improved
English is the initial language when no preference is saved. Page titles, descriptions and navigation follow explicit language choices, with right-to-left presentation for Arabic and clear labels for original English release notes.
Pavenyra is available at pavenyra.com with HTTPS. Domain ownership is verified in Google Search Console; appearance in Google search results depends on Google's crawling and indexing.
Added
The pavenyra.com address connects to the existing Pavenyra product.
Improved
Verified domain ownership in Google Search Console prepares the public site for search discovery without guaranteeing indexing or a ranking.
A refreshed V1 experience for counselors and administrators, with task-based navigation, calmer light and dark themes and details available when needed. Email delivery and connected account acceptance remain subject to their existing service checks.
Added
Resource previews preserve search results, and material preparation includes five steps and an optional focus view.
A short professional help guide explains the main tasks, with replayable welcome guidance, explicit session pins and source-backed starter kits.
Improved
Counselors start with Home, Resources, Materials and Programs. Administrators use Overview, Organizations and schools, Counselors, Content and Configuration.
School cards and counselor rows lead to grouped account details. Account totals describe configuration and enabled access, never individual activity.
Shared spacing, controls, access screens and public pages follow the same visual system. Comfortable spacing is the default; compact spacing and existing language choices remain available.
Fixed
Switching directory filters clears the previous scope while the next result loads. Demo notices are limited to demonstration sessions, and expired access links provide a route back to sign-in.
Closing an account panel protects unsaved edits and waits for pending account actions. Keyboard focus follows material steps and returns to the resource list when a reviewed item leaves the queue.
The review version separates email invitations from manual creation of pending accounts. Connecting the email provider and verifying the complete account activation flow remain pending; this is not a production activation.
Added
An authorized administrator can prepare a pending counselor account with an institution assignment and a temporary password. Email verification and a personal password are still required before workspace access.
Improved
Account creation distinguishes the available setup methods and explains when email delivery or activation is still pending. Manual creation does not claim that an invitation was sent.
Changes prepared for the review Preview. Institutional saving, imports and publication remain disabled until the database activation checks are completed. Hosted AI requires its provider configuration; this is not a production release.
Added
General grade 9–12 guides and comparisons of two to four catalog resources preserve sources and identify missing information.
The institutional catalog implementation includes draft resource imports, editable packages and workshops, review states and explicitly published school pages. These flows remain gated pending database activation.
Improved
Counselor cards show authorized school assignments, and administration separates incomplete configuration from unavailable totals.
Structured AI actions prepare source-based drafts for packages, workshops, guides and translations, with server authorization and no saved conversation history.
General guide text loads on demand for the selected role, with integrity checks and a bounded cache. Existing guide steps and practice checks are preserved.
Fixed
Updates and the home update widget now accept only explicitly identified Pavenyra announcements. Corporate announcements are excluded while Stefano LLC legal attribution is preserved.
Changes prepared for a separate review Preview. Production remains unchanged. Connected account acceptance, mail delivery and professional legal review remain pending.
Added
Compact counselor cards open a separate profile with existing account and security controls. Unknown first activation dates are explicitly unrecorded.
A preview center for each product version, a planning roadmap and an isolated presentation library use authored fictional content.
Improved
Administrative totals link to filtered directories; organization assignments and unique people have distinct meanings. Unavailable catalogue counts are not shown as zero.
Security and legal evidence distinguish source review, runtime checks and pending professional or district approval.
Fixed
Service checks separate configuration from dated test results, expire stale evidence, stop bounded requests and retain the last completed result. Language recovery states identify missing translations.
Twilio is removed from active communications configuration and delivery. SMS remains unconfigured until a replacement is authorized and verified.
Counselor account controls distinguish temporary passwords, email resets and permanent deletion. Invitations and email resets remain unavailable until delivery is configured and tested.
Improved
Each counselor has a visible Password action with distinct email-reset and temporary-password choices. Sensitive invitation and deletion errors offer the existing MFA verification path.
Fixed
Add counselor and its direct link open the real invitation form. Synthetic test-account creation is identified separately.
Leaving the directory before its initial read cancels that request and avoids duplicate initial reads.
The reviewed database update retires legacy material-save history triggers. It stops for separate review if retained history or unknown dependencies exist.
The reviewed role-selection policy permits current counselor and administrator roles while keeping retired data permissions closed.
Changes in the review version. Institution administration, account lifecycle and feedback reception remain disabled pending an authorized isolated database and email checks. The production beta has not been opened.
Improved
Saved materials retain only their current review. Reopening restores it when the material and its public references still match; source or option changes require another review.
Email control, approved institution membership and a second factor are described separately in the access flows.
Fixed
Duplicating a preparation starts a new review. An older acknowledgment cannot approve changed material.
The hosted version label now identifies the immutable deployment consistently in the page and response header.
Invitation and email-confirmation pages clear link tokens from the visible address even when another link opens on the same page. Verification still requires an explicit action.
Reviewable counselor materials and clearer password setup
Changes in the review version. Connected invitations, saved-work recovery and institutional acceptance remain pending; this is not an opened production beta.
Added
Three optional starting tasks, a final material review and readable HTML, print and PDF outputs with public references.
A voluntary fixed-choice feedback report that can be copied. It is clearly marked as local and not sent.
A discreet software build identifier to check which review version is being served.
Improved
Georgia and Gwinnett source cards distinguish editorial review from pending local applicability; saved materials can be duplicated for reuse.
Password setup uses the server's validated policy, visibility controls and specific recovery errors while retaining administrative MFA.
Fixed
Future-feature availability labels consistently use lowercase v2 while preserving the public version names.
The studio no longer collects or shows recently opened resources or session export counts. Incomplete real-account creation stays closed until email-control invitations are verified.
The application framework is updated to the patched Next.js 16.3.8 release.
Signed synthetic sessions can export during the explicitly local rehearsal; hosted authorization and shared quotas remain required.
