What we do now
V1 is an invitation-only professional tool for grades 9–12. Use the assigned account and approved school scope; general guidance never replaces professional judgment.
What we do not collect or enable
No public registration, student/family accounts, checkout, approved subscription price, guaranteed academic result or implied district agreement.
What changes in future versions
V2/V3 have no committed price or date. An institutional annual license based on counselors and scope is a proposal requiring negotiation.

Proposed use terms. Protect credentials, use only your authorized role, respect source licenses and report mistakes privately. Do not enter student records, attempt another school's access, scrape private data, introduce malware or use output for final automated decisions. Access may be restricted for security or scope violations through a controlled process.
Contract prerequisites. Legal operator, signing authority, address, support contact, price, term, pilot scope, data responsibilities, service levels, termination, liability and dispute terms are not approved here. They require a reviewed institutional agreement, applicable data addendum and retention/exit plan. A confidentiality clause cannot override a lawful public-records duty. No accepted contract or signature is asserted.
